Harvest 2025 has officially started at our urban Cellar with the intake of Stellenbosch Merlot grapes. The bunches are carefully hand-harvested in small lug boxes and transported to the Cellar where it is cooled to facilitate sorting and destemming. We perform bunch and berry sorting to ensure that only perfectly sun-ripened grapes are used to produce our rich, full-bodied wines. Merlot is an essential component in our Classique and Director's Reserve Bordeaux-style blends.
