Classique 2021

The wine has a vibrant dark plum red colour with a red brick rim. The nose has perfumed aromas of violets and blueberries with hints of dried Italian herbs. The palate is full and rich with concentrated strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. This richness continues through the mid-palate, leading to a broad, textured, lingering finish of dried herbs and tobacco spice with hints of fruit sweetness.

Best cellared for up to 10 years, but enjoyable right now.

750ml · Bordeaux-style blend: 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc. Barrel matured for up to 12 months in 225L French oak.
