Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

The wine displays a brilliant garnet colour with a plum red rim.  Aromas of cherries, ripe plums and blueberry fruit emanate from the glass. There are hints of tobacco and cassis underlying the initial fruit aromas.  Vibrant red and black fruits are prominent on the entry of the palate with a textured mid-palate leading to firm tannins and fresh vibrant finish.

Delicious to be drunk when young but will reward with cellaring for a further 5 to 8 years.
