Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The wine displays a beautiful deep garnet colour.  Obvious notes of dark plums, cassis and blueberries are evident on the nose with an underlying violet perfume and hints of tobacco spice. 

The palate entry is full and marked by rich cassis, blackberries and herbal spice leading to dense grainy tannins and a fine freshness on the finish.

Alcohol 14.5%; pH 3.65;  TA 5.8g/l ; RS 4.3g/l
