Delivery Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Main Centres: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
- Regional Areas: Delivery within 5-7 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring your products arrive safely.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:00.
Courier Service
We have partnered with Seabourne Logistics, a trusted provider with over 10 years of experience in the wine industry, to handle our deliveries. Seabourne Logistics offers a range of services, including overnight express and economy road delivery.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are covered by Seabourne Logistics' FreightGuard Warranty, ensuring that your order is protected against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of any issues, we will work swiftly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only deliver within South Africa.
