Classique 2020

Stunning vibrant ruby red center with a red brick rim. The nose is that of a classic Stellenbosch Bordeaux style blend with a mélange of red and dark berry fruits, dried Italian herbs and a hint of cedar and tobacco. The palate is elegant and refined with a complex blend of strawberry and blackberry fruits leading to fine tannins and a cream rich core.  The finish is fresh and lingering leaving one wanting for more.

750ml - Classique Bordeaux-style Blend of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon ; 39% Merlot ; 12% Cabernet Franc ; 6% Petit Verdot

Alcohol 14%; pH 3.59;  TA 5.6g/l; RS 3.0g/l
